By browsing or ordering from jooli.store you agree to the terms below. We’ve tried to keep them short and human.

Orders

  • Prices, descriptions and availability are kept as accurate as we can. If an item runs out after you order, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or a substitute.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if something was clearly priced incorrectly.

Payments

  • All payments are processed in USD ($).
  • You agree to pay the order total shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fee.

Delivery

  • We deliver Delivery All Over Lebanon. Delivery usually takes a few working days; we’ll keep you updated.
  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on the region you select.

Returns & exchanges

  • If your piece arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or email and we’ll make it right — exchange, store credit, or refund, whichever you prefer.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on worn earrings.

Intellectual property

All product photography, copy and graphics on this site belong to Jooli Store. Please don’t reuse or redistribute them without our permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and the photos true to the product, but we can’t guarantee perfection. We aren’t liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of the site or one of our products.
